Scott is a true professional. He arrives on time- designated time. I appreciate this a lot as my time is limited. He takes off his shoes and puts on house slippers, so he’s not tracking dirt from the outside into your home. I see that his tools are organized and clean. These little details matter.
But best of all, Scott is an amazing piano tuner. His ability to get the piano to sing on tune and, with his expertise, maintaining for the life of this piano, is worth every dollar.
